Post-Incorporation Changes and How to Make Them
After your business has been registered with CAC, you may need to update certain information due to changes in business operations. Common post-incorporation changes include:
- Change of Business Name or Address
- Change/Add/Remove Directors or Proprietors
- Increase in Share Capital
- Change of Business Activities
To update these changes:
- Log in to the CAC portal
- Select “Post-Incorporation Services”
- Fill and submit the appropriate forms along with supporting documents
